Do you have a showroom?

What are blackout curtains?
Blackout curtains are made with a special lining that helps block out up to 99% of outside light. They’re great for bedrooms, and helping you sleep better, while also providing extra insulation to keep your room warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

I need advice on what curtains are best for me, can you help?

I only need poles, not curtains. Do you do small jobs?
Of course! No job is too small. We can help with poles, tracks and other window dressing needs. We do have a minimum spend of £250.
Do I need a survey if I already know my window measurements?
Having your measurements can certainly help with the initial quote. However, if we’re fitting your curtains, we’ll always arrange a survey to make sure everything is measured correctly. This means we take full responsibility for the measurements, so you don’t have to worry.
My windows have an awkward shape, can you still help?
Absolutely! We can always find a solution. Book a no-obligation measure appointment with our surveyor, and we can offer inspiration and talk through the options to find what works best for your windows.
How much will made-to-measure curtains cost?
There’s no average cost, as every job is different. The price depends on a number of factors, including the pole or track, fabric and lining, measurements, making time and fitting.
What is the lead time for made-to-measure curtains?
It depends on the work load at the time, but usually around 4-6 weeks. Please be aware that fabric lead times, public holidays, and size of your order may affect the expected delivery.
Can you make tie backs and cushion covers to match the curtains?
Yes, absolutely! We can make tie backs and cushion covers to match your curtains. The price will depend on the fabric chosen. Patterned fabrics may cost a little more due to the extra work involved in matching the pattern.
Do you alter curtains?
No, unfortunately, we don’t alter curtains or any other items that we haven’t originally made ourselves.
What’s the difference between made-to-measure and ready made curtains?
Made-to-measure curtains are made specifically for your home and your requirements. They are measured to fit your windows precisely, with your choice of fabric, lining, heading and finish. This gives you a better fit and a more personalised result compared to ready-made curtains, which come in standard sizes and designs.
How do I clean my curtains?
Gently vacuum them using a low-suction setting or dust with a clean cloth or feather duster. Avoid using any liquids, as this may cause staining or marks. DO NOT wash your curtains in the washing machine.
Do you provide a professional installation service?
Yes! We have an experienced team of friendly fitters who will ensure everything is fitted and finished to a high standard.
Can I return my order?
